Radical decarbonisation at domestic scale. A living lab proving that deep energy cost and carbon savings are achievable today.

Warksburn House Smart Energy Overview

A Domestic Smart Energy 'Living Lab'

How To Electrify Your Life (HTEYL) is where Dr Alan James first tackled the subject of radical decarbonisation at a domestic scale. We used our own home as a highly monitored living lab.

By capturing extremely granular data over multiple years, we tested the physical limits of replacing fossil fuels with smart, interconnected GreenTech. We mapped the financials, the carbon savings, and the real-world operational challenges.

This journey has now concluded at our primary site, Warksburn Old Church—living proof that a Zero Energy Cost & Zero Energy Carbon ('2ZEC') home is a buildable reality today.
